At Westfall Roofing, we know that your time is as important to you as the roof over your head. Because of that, we have a streamlined and simple process to deliver you the best results in a timely fashion.

Schedule a Consultation

Setting an appointment to have an inspection and get an estimate will happen as quickly as one week from the moment you pick up the phone. Who will you be talking to? Only our best and brightest. As a family run organization, we don’t have a massive call center that sees you as just another roof; we have our trained and trusted group who will make you feel like family with the first call. You might wonder if you haven’t known them for years.

Upon appointment setting, you'll receive an email for your records confirming the date and time of your consultation after only 1 day. What’s more? You'll get a brief, virtual introduction to the sales rep who will be coming to your home for the appointment. After all, family starts with a hello.

Consultation & Estimate

On the day of the appointment, our reps will call you an hour in advance, confirming the appointment, and again when they are 15 minutes away. After a few preliminary questions, our reps will inspect the roof, measure the roof, and write your quote on the spot.*
*90% of quote is accurate on day of consult.

This account manager will review the quote with you and any questions that you might have, and follow up with you after 1 week, giving you plenty of time to come up with any questions or concerns you might have before we begin the replacement or repair process.

Westfall Process Project Completion

Project Commencement

Once you've signed on to become part of the family, we will review the agreement, and set expectations for our journey ahead. We'll send you an email confirming your selection of color and roofing type (we're partial to copper shingles) and a few tips to prepare for our project. We will call you the day before we arrive to confirm the project start.

And, because we know communication is key in any great relationship, you can expect a few phone calls during your roof repair or replacement. With transparency as our policy, we will discuss the progress, the timing, and any other points of interest that you need to know as a homeowner. You can rest easy, we've got you covered.

Project Completion

Upon completion of your roofing project, Westfall Roofing specialists will conduct a walk through to ensure that our work meets our standards and your expectations. You’ll then receive your invoice and a gratitude email, thanking you for working with Westfall Roofing.

And even once we pack up our work sites and give you the green light, you can sleep soundly knowing that Westfall has you covered. We’ll follow up a all through the year, checking in on your roof, sending out some tips for the keeping your roof safe for all the coming seasons, and reminding you again how thankful we are to have your business.
