Kirk and Maria Westfall founded Westfall Construction in 1989. Their son, Ryan Westfall, joined in 2008 and has continued to carry on their example of hard work and strong leadership. The Westfall Team has grown significantly since those early years. Today, we are a mighty team of ladies and gentlemen dedicated to our customers and communities. Meet our team!

Eric Dawson

Eric Dawson has been a Roofing Consultant with Westfall Roofing since 2017. Raised in the Mid-Atlantic area, he moved to the Nature Coast of Florida when he was 10 years old. Eric likes to meet new people and enjoys the challenge each house brings. He is trustworthy and knowledgeable, particularly in metal roofs. Eric is Tri-County Metals Masters Edge Certified. In his spare time, Eric is a USCG Charter Boat Captain. He also enjoys working on cars, softball, and spending time with his wife and daughter.

Will Goren

Will Goren has been a Roofing Consultant with Westfall Roofing since 2019. A Tampa native, he was born and raised in Brandon, FL. Will likes meeting and helping homeowners. His favorite mantra, “be the change you wish to see in the world” is reflected each day through his hard work and dedication. He provides excellent customer service and is quick and timely with processing paperwork. In his spare time, Will loves to travel and spend time with his wife and dog Masie.

Manny Sotolongo

Manny Sotolongo has been a Roofing Consultant with Westfall Roofing since 2017 and, he has been in the roofing industry since 2003. He was born in Miami and raised in Tampa, FL. He loves helping people and approaches each customer with the mindset of “if this was my house, what would I do”. Manny has a fun-loving spirit and feels blessed to work in a job he loves with top-notch coworkers. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, 2 daughters, and twin grandsons.

Lenny Gonzalez

Lenny Gonzalez has been a Roofing Consultant with Westfall Roofing since 2018, and he has been in the roofing industry for over 10 years. He was born in Long Island, NY and raised in Florida and Texas. Lenny has extensive knowledge, training, and experience with all roof types for both homes and businesses. He enjoys meeting people and sharing his expertise through simplified one-on-one interactions. Lenny approaches each project with the utmost integrity. He listens to each customer’s concern and develops win-win solutions. In his spare time, he enjoys music, scuba diving, wind surfing and spending time with his wife and 4 kids.

Josh Ledoux

Josh Ledoux has been a Roofing Consultant with Westfall Roofing since 2017, and he has been in the roofing industry for over 17 years. Born in New Hampshire, he now lives in Sarasota, FL. Josh enjoys providing customers security and peace of mind through his honest, no frills approach. In his spare time, Josh loves lobster diving, gardening, playing guitar, and traveling to national parks.

Brian Hughes

Brian Hughes has been a Roofing Consultant with Westfall Roofing since 2016, and he has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. Born and raised in Pennsylvania, he now lives in Brooksville, FL. Brian is an expert in roofing systems, installing them most of his life. He is trustworthy and takes an honest approach to helping his customers. In his spare time, Brian enjoys riding motorcycles and is a BBQ master.

K.T. Thompson

K.T. Thompson has been a Roofing Consultant with Westfall Roofing since 2017, and he has been in the roofing industry for over 15 years. Generations of Florida natives, his family settled in the Bay Area 125 years ago. K.T. graduated from the University of Florida and is a licensed field adjuster and HAAG Certified Roofing Inspector. His fair and honest approach helps customers with standard roof work. As a younger man, K.T. enjoyed sky diving (he is not afraid of heights), scuba diving, and traveling. These days he is a dad and spends his spare time shooting hoops, playing chess, kayaking and whitewater rafting.

Herman Knipp

Herman Knipp has been a Roofing Consultant with Westfall Roofing since 2021, and he has worked in the home construction industry for over 20 years as a general contractor. As one of our newer Roofing Consultants, he moved down to Florida from Kansas City. Herman enjoys making a difference in peoples’ lives by helping them resolve difficult or complex situations. He uses his broad construction background to ensure that nothing gets missed up front, saving headaches and making a better customer experience. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, boating, and travelling with his wife of 30 years. Herman also follows his daughter around the country who plays competitive volleyball.

Bill Wright

Bill Wright has been a Roofing Consultant with Westfall Roofing since 2014, and he has been in the roofing industry for over 30 years. Previously a roof tech, Bill has extensive experience and knowledge of roofing systems, especially tile roofs. A Florida native, he was born and raised in Tampa. Bill is trustworthy and takes an honest approach to helping his customers. In his spare time, Bill enjoys fishing, gator trapping, and spending time with his wife and grandkids.

Garrett Nestle

Garrett Nestle has been a Roofing Consultant with Westfall Roofing since 2019. A Tampa native, he was born and raised in Lutz, FL. Garrett likes meeting and helping homeowners provide the best solution to protect their home. He attacks each day with hard work and dedication and is devoted to excellent customer service. In his spare time, Garrett loves to spend time with his wife, son, and 2 dogs. He also enjoys cooking and being outdoors.

Bruce Sarik

Bruce Sarik has been a Roofing Consultant with Westfall Roofing since 2019. Born in Paris France, he was raised in Nebraska and Florida. He has over 16 years of experience in the roofing industry – from commercial to distribution. Bruce is an expert in materials and the roofing process and enjoys educating customers. Bruce is honest and fair, treating others the way he would like to be treated. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, fishing, and canoeing rivers. Well-traveled, Bruce has been to eleven difference countries with the Philippines being his favorite.
